Housekeeping seems non-existent during stays!!! A more consistent cleaning schedule would enhance the experience, along with clearer communication about room conditions before check-in!!!

The staff at the front office were kind and helpful with extending our stay.
Housekeeping never knocked on the door to clean or offer fresh towels during our stay.

The location was conveniently close to attractions without the noise of the strip, providing a restful stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness, especially the breakfast attendant, who ensured a pleasant start to each day. However, there were gaps in service. housekeeping did not clean the room or provide fresh towels throughout the visit, which detracted from the experience. Additionally, while the breakfast selection was decent, a bit more variety would enhance the dining experience.

missingWrote a review on Jul 25moldy bathroomdirty carpets
So, I stayed for one night in a Double Room. The bathroom had a weird vibe with some black mold on the ceilings covered up with spray paint. The carpets were kind of gross and didn't feel clean. The towels were super cheap and old. it didn't feel like they ever really washed the comforters. It just felt like a run-down motel trying too hard to be something better.

The beds were comfy, location is great for exploring the area. The bathroom shower had low water pressure, and there were gaps in housekeeping.

Branson’s culinary scene is a gem! Within just a short stroll, I discovered Boardwalk Cafe’s scrumptious breakfast. Plus, the location is spot-on—close enough for quick trips to other hidden foodie spots like Pasghetti's. Our digs, the Double Room with Private Bathroom, were clean and comfy. Can't forget the super sweet help from the breakfast lady who kept the coffee flowing.

We were unexpectedly moved to a special theme room after our first room had an unpleasant cat odor and unmade beds. It was a bit disheartening to see the dirty laundry outside the door and the unclean mirror. Overall, the experience left much to be desired.
